Hi, I’m Tyler Leaf, a dedicated 911 Dispatcher, Union Leader, and U.S. Military Veteran with over 10 years of experience serving the community of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. My career has been defined by a steadfast commitment to public safety, effective communication, and leadership in high-pressure environments.

I began my journey serving in the U.S. Air Force, where I developed skills in discipline, teamwork, and maintaining composure under pressure, all of which have been invaluable in my career as a dispatcher and union leader. This foundation has shaped my approach to emergency dispatching and labor advocacy.

In my current role, I specialize in coordinating emergency responses for law enforcement and fire departments, ensuring critical information flows efficiently during high-stress situations.
